The worst set of experiences with a medical office in my life. Dr Sharma was nice at first until he made uninformed changes to an effective medication dose that I had been on for a decade. After suffering for weeks with this change, I later saw a specialist who stated his theory was incorrect. The specialist put me back on my effective dose. I saw Dr Sharma for my initial visit at his Ellenton office. I switched to Devoted Health Plans and my old PCP didn't accept this insurance. No loss. I had the first appointment of the day and arrived early. I Googled him to read some reviews while I waited. I became concerned as I read reviews with a wide variety of complaints. Dr. Sharma should not have a license to practice medicine. He is unaware of the Code of Medical Ethics, as well. Beware of Dr. Sharma.
His staff is the reason we changed dr's
The front office staff is horrible. Let’s you run out of medicine says they call you but don’t. Terrible just terrible for years.
Dr. Sharma's staff is poorly trained, fail to communicate btw each other, disoriented and confused. Dr. Dharma seems to grasp the medical issues but fails in being able to see the inability of his staff and their capabilities in following up on his instructions and further medical procedures required .
