This is the most unprofessional clinic I’ve ever experience. The receptionist are rude and never try to listen. I tried to avoid talking to the receptionists and go straight to the nurse but that didn’t solve my issues as well. The nurse stated she sent a script to quest for blood work and when I went to quest they stated they never sent it over. I went to Lakeshore for a consultation concerning cataracts in both eyes. The right eye was a lot worse than the left one, and after a detailed exam, Dr. Sharma advised me that surgery was necessary to restore my vision. I was pretty nervous about the whole thing, but within a minute of meeting Dr. Sharma, I was completely reassured that this was a safe, easy procedure.
