This is an excellent group of people. They work really hard and fight like hell. They do expect that you keep your appointments, get them what they want on time and not lie to them. They tell you this right upfront. The attorney told me that "this is a battle and no one can sit out and hope it all works out". They have been the best attorneys I have ever run across. Despite being busy, they always take time to call back and answer questions. The attorneys provide you their direct emails and I have gotten return emails from them even late at night and on weekends. I have been a client for many years and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
