I am not satisfied with this pest control at all. The guy came out to my apartment where I was having big black ant problems and mice problems all thru the building. The guy put 2 bates under sink and supposedly under stove and wouldn’t service nowhere else in my apartment or building. I still have these problems and when asked him if he could put bait in other affected areas, he replied, no because he was only told to do one area. I’ve never heard or seen of such. I personally would never recommend this company
I deleted my first review. Now to update. Not much surprises me these days but, within 10 hours of my post the owner called me to hear my side of the story. I must say I was very impressed. To be fair when we first hired Sharkys they were amazing. The owner Luke is amazing and really cares about his company. We are going to try again with Sharkys as we feel Luke is genuine. If I could give 10 stars for his care and attention to his local business I would!!! Way to go Luke!!!!
Out of 5 stars I give a ZERO. After almost a year all of a sudden we had a bill of 80 dollars. We have never had any outstanding bills for anyone. We canceled service because it takes more than 10 minutes to do a service on the outside of our home. The bill was paid and I never do a bad review but when you have a credit card on file and they don't charge it until a year later and don't do the job correctly shame on them. Regardless here is my review. Not to mention it won't let me give them a ZERO
Sharky's does a great job keeping the bugs out of our house. They're always communicative, friendly, and fast. Highly recommend Sharky's!
I was referred to Sharky’s by a family member and they did not disappoint. Lucas was very personable and explained the what and why during the whole process. Highly recommended!
