Shawn has to be one of the most ignorant people i’ve ever attempted to do business with. He’s downright awful.
Our heater was leaking, I was told a replacement was likely the case. But Sean was able to fix it!! The process took some time, but after some communication, Sean was honest and gave me the options of fast or cheap! lol I actually appreciated that. I chose cheap, so he can come whenever he can fit me. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the invoice at the end; he hardly charged me any labor for fixing the heater.
