Our heater was leaking, I was told a replacement was likely the case. But Sean was able to fix it!! The process took some time, but after some communication, Sean was honest and gave me the options of fast or cheap! lol I actually appreciated that. I chose cheap, so he can come whenever he can fit me. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the invoice at the end; he hardly charged me any labor for fixing the heater. I had a different company work on my pool repairs. After a couple of months I got tired of them trying things but not fixing it. I called Sharky. They immediately came and assessed the problems and fixed my pool. The price they charged was very reasonable for the time and work involved. They stand behind what they do. I am very happy with the results.
