Went to lunch with some friends, the waitress brings 2 refills rather than 3. 10 minutes go by she's over having a B.S. conversation with the bartender. One person in my party went to the bar to get her own refill and was met with attitude and ignorance. Shortly after the "manager" comes over and proceeds to tell her that she is lying about her experience.
