Rented a Pontoon for 2 hours. My family and I had an excellent time! The crew went over everything we needed to know, even went over to check the propeller condition and documented the damages on it before we left. The staff was friendly and easily answered any questions we had. Wonderful staff and wonderful adventure! Thank you Shark's Cove Marina!
The adults did jet skis while the kids did para-sailing. A couple of the kids were a little late getting there on time, they held the boat just long enough for all the kids to get on, which I thought was pretty nice of them. My wife was thrown off twice from our jet-ski due to choppy water once we got out to the play area, then the more times trying to get on the guides jet-ski. We rented a pontoon boat yesterday and had the best time! The staff was wonderful and the boat was great. Will definitely rent from them again.
What a great day! We were a party of 12. Half went parasailing & the other half went jet skiing. Fun was had by all. Great staff! We will definitely be back again!!!!! Thanks :)
Rented a center console today from this place.. I'd advise not to give them any business because they will try and nickel and dime you when you get back from renting the boat. They try to say that you have to pay for all these damages on the boat when nothing was even wrong!! If I wasn't a boat person I would have been taken advantage of!!! ONCE AGAIN DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY OF YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THEY (AS THE OWNER) doesn't know how to speak to customers and be a good business man
Make sure you cover your ass and take a photo of the prop before you leave. They claimed damage and charged me $75 for it after we got back and all I had was a rendering to show what they claimed was damage.
