Terrible. Our first experience was bad and we wanted to give this location a second chance. We had an appointment at 4pm today with hairstylist Sharon G. and you can tell before we got there the ladies were rushing with clients before us. When it was our turn we told the lady cutting my son's hair to give him a 1 on the sides and cut at the top and to make sure it fades with the top. Nothing was blended and he was left with no hair on the back of his head.

We took our daughter here for her first haircut and left devastated. The bad- -Hair all over the floor from other people. This should have been our sign to leave. - the first cut comes with a certificate and lock of hair which they scooped off the floor and there are pieces of other people’s hair in our bag. -A first cut is advertised as $31 and they charged us $33. -I said I did not want my daughter‘s hair short and she ended up with a bob and the bangs were cut straight across instead of being point cut. I called ahead to see if they had any walk-in availability, and luckily they were able to fit us in today. Stephanie cut my 4 year old nonverbal autistic son’s hair and she did an amazing job. She was super patient and took the time to help him feel comfortable. She even turned on the clippers with a guard and gently placed them on his arm to show him there was nothing to be afraid of. Monica is a God sent! Not only did she have amazing calming techniques (for my usually scared son), his haircut looked amazing too! I almost teared up because he was such a big boy during his cut. I know that it is Monica’s compassion for children that deserves the recognition. I do hope she knows how much she is appreciated!

This was my third time visiting this place with my son. The first two experiences were awesome. His hair looked great and the woman cutting his hair did a great job. However, this last visit was horrible. My son has two cuts on his neck, there is hair all over him and in his shoes, the haircut is terrible and there is hair all over me too. When I asked for a bandaid they came out with an already opened powder to put on the cuts. They couldn’t tell me what it was, only the function.
