This was my third time visiting this place with my son. The first two experiences were awesome. His hair looked great and the woman cutting his hair did a great job. However, this last visit was horrible. My son has two cuts on his neck, there is hair all over him and in his shoes, the haircut is terrible and there is hair all over me too. When I asked for a bandaid they came out with an already opened powder to put on the cuts. They couldn’t tell me what it was, only the function. Brought my son in for his first hair cut and it was amazing !! He did so well and the cut was done exactly how I wanted !! I’m so grateful and happy !! 100/10 🥰 Thank you for his best first hair cut and his birthday balloon Also they give snacks to help keep baby distracted and bunch of tvs
