Terrible experience. This is the worst place to get a haircut. They have no understanding of what the customer wants, and they go ahead with their own version without proper communication. When we raised our concerns, they claimed we hadn’t informed them-completely false. It’s clear they’re just after money, with no regard for customer satisfaction or service quality.
