Very unprofessional , My sister who just had a baby was trying to book her oldest daughter a “Day of Beauty” package before she attends back to school and twice the girl hung up on her, when all she was trying to do was ask how much It was for the service so she can come prepared ! Very disappointed , guess I’ll be looking for another place !

Didn’t give what was asked for at all. Got the mom and daughter cut. The lady didn’t listen told me if she took my hair any shorter that I would look like a boy and she wouldn’t do that and insisted it looked exactly like the photo I showed her. Didn’t even know what curtain bangs/bangs to frame the face were. Neither hair cut in this experience turned out as requested and the lady in the front told us that she doesn’t even trust the hair stylists to cut her hair so that says a whole lot.
Ms. Pooh was very professional and did a great job with my daughter’s hair.
