Joselyn did an amazing job with my daughter. My daughter has a sensory disorder this was her 2nd ever hair cut. It was her 1st time getting it washed in the sink. My daughter was scared but Joselyn was very reassuring and helped me keep her calm and push through her fear. My daughter got her hair cut shorter than before and Joselyn chatted with her about length and gave me awesome pointers on de-tangling and after swimming hair care so it doesn't get matted. Did a walk-in appointment with Pooh and she was amazing! Showed her the inspo pic for my daughters haircut and she got right to work and gave her exactly what she wanted. Will definitely be back to see her!
Jocelyn is the best. Very gentle and patient, taking her time with my ADHD grandaughter. And the bob cut she gave her is just beautiful. I highly recommend Jocelyn!
Update: the manager did contact me after our experience and offered a complimentary restyle with a senior stylist and promised to coach the stylist that we initially saw on better communication regarding her skills. The stylist for the restyle, Joselyn, was great! Not as great of an experience as we usually have at the North Fort Worth location.
