TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVIICE. We have come many times. More than once having an appointment still means you will be waiting. The last time was infuriating. At check in FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT we were told they were so backed up that 3 people were still in front of us. I took time off work, picked my kids up early from school, and they couldn't honor their appointments. Waiting isn't an option with covid and 4 year old's.
