We love our stylist she is fast and is very good with our 20 month old. However the woman at the front desk could work on her customer service skills.

The first haircut package is very cute if you want to make a "big deal" of the occasion. My daughter felt like such a princess with a hairwash, blowdry, haircut, and "princess braid" complete with butterfly clips. They also painted her nails, gave her a balloon, lollipop, an certificate with a photo and lock of hair. The 2 staff I interacted with were nice enough, although they seemed very short staffed for how busy they were. Absolutely sloppy, unprofessional and incompetent. Looked like a hairdresser was practicing on my kid’s hair. He didn’t know what he was doing. Didn’t manage the tools in his hands. I am outraged. Who do they hire????? They are seriously bad…
