We’ve come here twice and both times have been terrible. I’m not sure these people are real hairdressers and hide behind the notion that kids’ haircuts cannot be perfect because they can’t sit still. The cuts are terrible esp for the prices. I’ll note that the price is not the issue but rather the bad cut. If I’m paying $38 plus tip I expect a decent cut.
I don’t know about this place… The lady messed up my kid’s hair real bad and I called and left a msg for the 7 day guarantee and nobody answered or called me back. I tried to give my stylist a chance, but sounds like Keisha frequently has car troubles, was late I think 11-15 mins already (when y’all text and email so many times to arrive promptly but what about your workers?), then she needed to go to the bathroom, cut herself by accident, was bleeding then needed to get a bandaid, needed to answer a call when there is anoth... read more
