Been to this location several times w/o issue, but had a bad experience last night. Took my 5-year-old in to have her bangs and dead ends trimmed, it was about 20 minutes before closing. The stylist could have turned us away and we would have been fine with that, since we were walk-ins. Instead she said yes. Please don’t go here if your child has thick hair. My daughter went there with very long (down to her butt five year old) and thick hair. I asked Megan to do face framing layers (which she did which is where the 1 star came from and the tinsel was great) and long layers in the back a fairly basic haircut. My daughter left with a super uneven cut. She looks down and there’s an entire side not cut one side is shorter then the other.
