This place has gone down hill since Megan isn't there. Made an appointment for my son, yes I was about 10 min late, but the lady that was here was already in the middle of another haircut which tells me they didn't even wait the posted 5 minutes before starting on another client.
Amazing experience! My son can get so nervous with haircuts and Janice was incredible! She was attentive and patient! I appreciate the time and conversation, you can truly tell Janice loves her job and the role she plays in her client’s lives! She has a customer forever!!
Janice is the bomb! She was great to talk to and provided the best service. Got the kid looking right!
If I could leave a rating lower than 1/5, I would. We went there for our son’s haircut and were very much disappointed with how everything went. This location seemed to overbook with limited staffing. As soon as we arrived for our appointment, the stylist came out, no greetings at all and just said “okay we have to finish in 15mins”. My son is only 3, and was also scared getting a haircut. No empathy shown by the stylist and kept giving unnecessary comments, while our son clearly was uncomfortable and scared.
