The stylist didn’t listen to a word I said and kept cutting. Made an appointment but that’s worthless because we were pushed. The entire facility was beyond dirty. I hated the entire experience.
Tina is amazing. So caring and patient and was so helpful to settle my son who gets so scared of haircuts. We went from crying in the car, to refusing to get out, and she talked with him and lured him out of the car with a balloon..and now he easily comes for haircut appointments and is happy. Tina also gives the best haircuts! Thank you Tina for being so amazing and thank you Sharkeys for being in our neighborhood!
The hours were 9-5 and I booked an appointment online for 3:30. I missed a call from the person working that said she may not be “back” by then. My appointment was then cancelled by the business. When we drove by later the place was closed 2 hours early. I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. It’s extremely frustrating to make an appointment and have it cancelled like this.
