Made an appointment the day before. Showed up day of and the place is closed. Completely ridiculous that so many reviews say this and I chose to give it a shot anyway. Will never come back here.
Closes at 6pm. Have 5pm appointment. Drove 20 minutes to be here at 4:55pm, place is closed for the day, no lights on, no notification that my appointment was needing to be cancelled. Voicemail box is full when you call. Now driving home with a sad 3 year old who was looking forward to a haircut.
Had a wonderful experience today! Great cut and our stylist was very patient and calm which helped our kiddo so much! Highly recommend!
We have been coming to see Catina at this location for about a year now. She is always so friendly, professional, and my son actually enjoys his haircuts! Highly recommend.
We booked a 10 AM Saturday appointment and nobody showed up. So frustrating!!!
