I want to share a very disappointing experience we had during our first visit. Last Friday, I brought my two daughters for haircuts. The hairstylist‘s assistant started by washing one of my daughter’s hair. While her hair was still wet and before even drying it, the assistant suddenly said she believed my child had lice. She immediately said she could not continue touching my child’s hair, that both haircuts had to be canceled, and that we needed to leave the salon right away.
