Terrible experience with Rosa! She completely ruined my child’s beautiful natural curls. The haircut was uneven, sloppy, and now the curls are gone. I trusted her with my kid’s hair and she destroyed it. Totally unprofessional – I’ll never come back and I strongly warn other parents to stay away from Rosa.
This review is purely for the haircuts. Two girls, one curly hair who wanted a small trim. One assymetrical pixie type cut clean up. Both turned out very well. Quality.
It was my first time, I made an online booking before that I called and a lady picked up who totally misinformed me about the service. I wanted to do Tinsel, she told me that it’s a $31 deal. The next day when I got there to take the service I found out it wasn’t correct. I informed the manager before the service, still he charged me $45, I explained him entire thing twice. We brought our son to this shop at 5:20 pm on a Sunday. The boy managing the store said they were closing 40 min early and that I should have called ahead. We went by their hours online that said they close at 6 pm. We had driven 30 minutes to this shop because we heard good things originally. Jo we have to drive 30 minutes home and wasted 1 hour for nothing. They only had 1 stylist and apparently she needed to leave early due to a personal matter.
