We love Sharkey’s. Our daughter was very reactive for haircuts. We started going to Sharkey’s about two years ago. Every time it gets easier and happier. Now mu daughter gets excited for her haircuts. She always gets a balloon and a lollipop. She gets to watch Ms Rachel or Bluey while there. Ana in particular has a way to make her look fantastic and make the experience exciting and joyful. We are very grateful for their level of care and expertise.

Best haircut experience our kids have had. And we have tried quite a few places both kid-focused and barber shops. The kids loved their car chairs and pampering. Staff was so happy and patient. It was an overall calm and welcoming environment we can’t wait to go back.

This branch was wonderful, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. When I called the same day asking about a walk-in for my two boys, they kindly accepted us and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they truly made my week easier. Special thanks to Mona front desk and Hanna hairdresser who were so helpful and welcoming — her kindness made a big difference for us. we had a good experience but I hope over there atleast one people hire who should understands English because if we have to tell them anything that time we have to use translator for English to that person's language or vice versa because they didn't understand English that's why I am giving 3 star please hire staff who can understand English or if only 1 person there than they will understand English not any other language so each time we don't have to use convertor

The cut was pretty good but the customer service was lacking- nobody said hello to us as we walked in, and the stylist did not say a single word to me or my daughter (she simply gestured to where she was going to cut and looked to me for an ok) who was extremely excited about her first big girl hair cut. It was pretty disappointing and she only received half the services listed on the girls cut. Having worked with children myself i expected a little more effort to make this experience special.
