I had an appointment for my son today at 5pm (we showed up around 4:45pm because I didn’t know what to anticipate considering we have never been there before). I walked in and there was not a single customer, hair dresser, or receptionist in sight. I sat around and waited for about 10 minutes in hopes that someone would come to the counter to greet us, but nobody did. God awful first and last experience. We normally go to Cookie Cutters and are going back tomorrow. Booked appt a week ago for 3 kids. Got there and the woman inside said it would be an hour wait because staff walked out or didn’t show up. No body bothered to call and let us know. There’s no receptionist either. I have no idea what this company is doing but it’s definitely not the right way to do it.

Amber T was super friendly! She made my 4 year old daughter feel like she was a princess. She also was super sweet to my other two children that were there with me!
