Great experience. Natoyia cut my son's hair, and I felt like she was attentive to do what I asked. She also allowed us to come in earlier than scheduled- and the accommodation was much appreciated. My son doesn't like haircuts, but the setup was great- he could watch TV and just relax. The whole experience was oriented towards the kids! We even got a pumpkin when we left! It was a great experience!Â
Great service but overpricedÂ
Set appointment for 12:40 pm, and I showed up at 12:35. 2 different customers came in after me and were both helped before me. I walked out at 1:25 after not being helped.Â
We absolutely love Mitzi! We have been going to her for years! Unfortunately my complaint is online booking issues! Onthe website you cannot book with Mitzi on some of the days she works, which is frustrating because online booking is the easiest way to book for a lot of people. Mitzi works Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and every other Saturday and you can only book on Tuesdays and Fridays with her online! PLEASE FIX THIS!
