My son is 5 and we have been coming to this location since my son was 2 years old. We booked an appointment with Mitzi for 9:40 am. On a rainy Sunday morning we arrived at 9:35 as another family scurried in right before us. This family was seated with Mitzi in front of the Xbox chairs and the two boys were attended to. My mom had to bring my nephews in and they had an appt and you made them wait for 2 hours?!? What am I missing? Why? Shame on you and I certainly won’t bring my child there or recommend you to anyone. You made them an hour late to a birthday party.

We have come here 2x a year for a few years. The haircuts are sufficient. The stylists are nice. Every single time we go we book an appointment. We arrive 10 minutes early and always wait at least an hour. Chronically understaffed. If you read the comments that are negative and the comments from the owners, they are not open to feedback. This place is literally just a cash cow for them. Which is fine, but be advised what you’re in for here. Again, stylists are nice and do a fine job.

My daughter just got her first haircut here and it was truly an amazing experience. She was so pampered and her cut was perfectly suited to her. Sitting still and cooperating isn’t usually her forte, so it was great that she had such a pleasant time. The staff here really seemed to care a lot about giving the kids the best experience, which made it a really special day. We had to drive a little over an hour for our appointment and will gladly do the same next time after receiving such great care!
