My son didnt even get the first hair cut experience! They thought his name was something else because she thought i said a different name! I then got a different lady who butchered it so, I let it grow out and will be going to see the lady I original booked!

I took my grandson in for haircut mind u shop is empty with on appt ahead of me, the stylist said come back another day I cannot cut today im by myself. And literally pushed us out door. I need the manger to call me. This is unacceptable behavior, the girl at computer was on her phone so she was just going along with stylist. I have been taking my grandson since he was a baby. The level of service has fallen quite a bit. Don’t hire cranky old ladies to cut children’s hair. Rude and unprofessional. I need a call back from man... read more
