Martha was so great! She was really patient and achieved a really great haircut, and exactly what we asked for, despite our som wiggling around and crying. We also got a really cute certificate for our boys first haircut
Manager needs to get control of these young girls “managing” the front desk. They just sit there and chat with each other, don’t smile at anyone or help the stylists. This is supposed to be a kid friendly environment, with parents that are going through enough just to bring their kids there. Need better front desk attendants who have the right attitude and work ethic. We are going to look for another location.
My son didnt even get the first hair cut experience! They thought his name was something else because she thought i said a different name! I then got a different lady who butchered it so, I let it grow out and will be going to see the lady I original booked!
