Not the first time going there but the first time the haircut itself was not the best. It was uneven and choppy, I didn’t get a good look when we left as it was wet but it’s very noticeable when dry. I paid $42 for a girls haircut including tip and unfortunately not happy.
Marina was awesome. Done a great job with Bella. Wonderful experience. Bella says she was the best. Wants to give Marina 100 stars!

Re-visit on 4/28/25: Heather did an amazing job we went back to the mesa location and requested Heather specifically. It was a night and day difference. My kiddo did so much better this go round didn't have to hold him down. Didn't have him screaming. We didn't feel rushed and it wasn't traumatic for my kiddo either. He had such a more positive experience. He was smiling at her and interacting and singing with him. Our family had done plenty of research to find the perfect place to get our daughters first haircut. Based on reviews and “promising” customer service, we decided to go here. Sue, our hair stylist, was so great with our daughter and worked as best as she could under the circumstances she was in. The younger girl who was working with her was on the phone trying to fix the router for wifi and was unnecessarily rude and condescending to Sue.
