I would like to be very clear that the one rating is focused around the suite itself. The employees of the establishment were fantastic. Very friendly and attentive. My daughter enjoyed the whole experience of her first haircut. The issue here is that the owner of the facility needs to get the AC up and running for these poor employees. There are fans blowing hot air all over the place, but it was still 85 degrees in the suite. Honestly wanted this to be great. But it wasn’t, while explaining what I wanted the person got all short with me. Telling me she knew what it was I wanted. Well hell, I didn’t know you were psychic. Then did it shorter then I asked and had in general no idea how to do anything but one style of cut. Dissatisfied with the results.

Heather, the manger is wonderful. We go to multiple locations just to see her. She always remembers my son and what they talked about last visit, making him feel special and creating an enjoyable experience. On top of all that we are always very happy with the haircut. He walks out with a big smile feeling handsome and confident.

Had a wonderful experience here multiple times now. We’ve been booking Marina and she has provided us with great service every time. She is kind and sweet with kids and is very patient. She’s cut my daughter’s hair, did a hairdo for her graduation and she does her nails every time. My daughter looks forward to going to Sharkeys because of her!

We always go here! Every single stylist has been amazing. They always take their time and go above and beyond. Very happy here. Marina is especially amazing :)
