I made an appointment for 3:40pm and was told they are running behind, no big deal especially when having a service industry revolving around children. When it was my sons time for a haircut they had a child sit done at the only one of two working TVs to play a game while his sibling got a haircut while my son sat getting his haircut without a tv.
