I booked my daughter’s first hair cut here and i had a great experience with Tina. I was taken exactly at my appointment time and Tina was very patient with us. She gave my daughter a quick and great even hair cut. Fantastic experience for a first time kids haircut.

Gave us an appointment at 11:15 and did not get to us until almost an hour later... what is the point of booking an appointment... its fine to wait a few minutes 10 -15 mins but almost an hour ? However Hair cut was good and staff was friendly

Made an appointment for my daughter a few days ago, have received multiple texts and emails and confirmed the appointment. When I showed up nobody was there and the doors were locked. We waited about 15 minutes and still nothing so we left. What a joke.
