Web site has changed a little. Too many “pop ups” etc. brilliant company to deal with though. I’m just old.
Ordered a part as their website said “In Stock”. Drove down the next day to pick it up (called several times first but no answer) and told that it’s at their other warehouse site and I’m not allowed there to pick it up. Asked for a refund so I could purchase elsewhere but told they won’t give a refund only a store credit. Told it would be in the next day anyway. 2 days later called over 10 times and they finally answered the phone. placed an order in May, 2025 after 2 month and a half i have still not received my order. have tried numerous times to contact you to no avail. extremely poor customer service. Tracking number not updated anymore. Update : still no answer or refund from customer service after 8 month. This company is a scam, i tried multiple time to contact them and im not getting any reply.
