Waiting for Chinos after 20 weeks and being told “2 weeks away” again and again and again.
Ordered adventure riding gear, then found out it was a six-week wait. Asked for a refund two days later. They cancelled the order but would only give store credit, not my money back — and the store barely has anything in my size. Poor handling of a simple request. Won’t shop with them again.
