Tim was very professional and took care of our issue in a matter of minutes. He recorded a video to show what came out of our drain! They were dispatched through our home warranty company but very satisfied with the results.

I couldn’t have been happier with the prompt and courteous service provided by Tim. I suspected the air handler blower motor but Tim methodically followed protocol in diagnosis. Once verified, he directly went to a local supply house for a new motor after removing the failed blower assembly. The price was reasonable, Tim was fantastic, ,and the system is running beautifully for 12-13 years old with 21 degree differential. I really appreciate the quick and professional service on our air conditioner. The technician Tims diagnosed the bad capacitor right away and had it repaired in no time. Everything is running smoothly again, and I’m impressed with the efficiency and courtesy he extended to us. Will use them again and again.
Timz (technician) was phenomenal. Came when he stated he was going to arrive, knew exactly what was going on and fixed it without needing to call someone else. Guy changed the capacitor and saved us from going through another night of this sauna. Was ridiculous… Couldn’t even depend on our local AC companies as they were prepared to rob us silly like most of them around here do. Shark Heating and Cooling are honest people.
