I really appreciate the quick and professional service on our air conditioner. The technician Tims diagnosed the bad capacitor right away and had it repaired in no time. Everything is running smoothly again, and I’m impressed with the efficiency and courtesy he extended to us. Will use them again and again.
Timz (technician) was phenomenal. Came when he stated he was going to arrive, knew exactly what was going on and fixed it without needing to call someone else. Guy changed the capacitor and saved us from going through another night of this sauna. They have always gone above and beyond to ensure that they’ve diagnosed the issue correctly and have taken care of the problem(s). While other companies want to run out of your house to their next job, Shark Heating & Cooling have always taken their time to correctly diagnose the problem correctly the first time.
FINALLY! A Florida based Heating and AC company that is prompt, ON TIME and reliable. It only took us four years, three local AC lousy-companies and a capacitor to burn out to have Shark Heating and Cooling to do it RIGHT! Timz was dispatched to us and came all the way from North Port too! Great young and smart guy. Was very polite and truly knows his stuff. Shark Heating and Cooling should teach companies around this region a thing or two. Like integrity for one!
From Chuck, This was my first routine service call since a repair was done RIGHTEOUSLY several months ago. Tim as well as the other Tim, did a thorough service, checking , cleaning etc. I highly recommend! I’m staying with SHARK H/C👍
