A lost customer. I used to live in the area and have been going here for years but now I live 45+ away so it’s really inconvenient that I travel here and they don’t allow me to do a walk in and state there are no appointments FOR THE REST OF THE ENTIRE DAY so I can’t even come at a later time, despite having “walk ins welcome” signage up. 0/10 don’t recommend. Should be more transparent about scheduling, this happened on multiple occasions.

Went there since 2021-2025 and my rating slowly declined the more I went, I cut at Vinny and Kevin and they seemed to never get the haircut right. With the fade is so high, they don’t fade it at all, the sides are uneven, just never really exactly what anyone wanted, they don’t honor lists, when I entered multiple times on weekends there is a clipboard to right you name, I put my name down but they end up not honoring that list. I had my first haircut at this place, and it turned out really well. After my old barber closed his shop, I couldn't find anyone who knew how to handle my Asian hair. I’m so glad I discovered this place!
