I'll start by saying the owner is amazing. The gym itself is impressive. Has a lot of dope stuff and actually utilizes Metal Weights. This gym is a hidden gem. 10/10
This place is great! An awesome powerlifting gym with an awesome Coach and great Chiropractor on site. If you aren't a powerlifter then there is still a lot of great equipment here without all the Bullshit of let's say a Onelife. Respectful people who just want to lift weights and better themselves
Amazing gym, with a welcoming atmosphere. Andre is one of the best and most knowledgeable coaches I’ve met. One of the only gyms I never have to wait for a piece of equipment.
Amazing gym. I was only in the area for a month, but I loved it here! Great equipment, very kind and welcoming people. Andre the owner/coach helped show me how to use the equipment I wasn't familiar with and also helped me with my lifts. Was able to move more weight in a day than I have in the past couple years. Would recommend to anyone!
