The staff at this location never fail to take good care of us, and the food is consistently good. They even went out of their way to take exceptional care of us today to make up for the negative experience we had at the Vancouver Mall location.
The service was horrible we ordered onion rings the waiter asked if we wanted dipping sauce he brought it out 20 minutes later. I ordered a meal that included a sausage yeah it was a ball park fried hot dog. So the service was horrible the food was gross I will not be going back.
Great breakfasts and great service. We enjoy going to Shari's Orchards for breakfast at least once a month.
Loved the service but the portion size and quality of food was not quite what I was expecting...bacon was super thin and portions were like appetizer size ...Prolly won't go back

Best Breakfast I've been served in a very long time anywhere! Great waitress/server. It's not typical anymore to get your hash browns and bacon perfectly crispy. Hats off to the "Chef", the Service was exceptional. Thank you!!
