Nothing about my order was right. I wanted spring colors, requested liatris, alstromeria etc. They're were mums, white lilies & red roses with a red bow. It's not Valentines Day! Paid $75 just for the flowers. It was $50 at best. Wanted a Saturday delivery, it was sent on Friday. The message on the card wasn't even right. Even requested little birds or butterflies in it, there were none. Very unhappy! I understand Mother's day is a busy holiday for florists, but my total was $97 & change. Won't use them again.
Wonderful experience. Asked for something special and Shari went above and beyond. Beautiful arrangement. Thoughtful and very courteous.
