This was my first time ordering with these people... First off, the lady that answer the phone. had Terrible Customer service. on top of all that, I ordered a cake, for some one's birthday I told her to put the Initials Only,, when the cake arrived.. the initials was not what I asked. First time and last time Im ever ordering from this company. Thanks, But no Thanks.
Recieved this as a birthday gift from my son. It is the first time they decided to send me something from here. It arrived on the day it was suppose to. Early morning delivery. I was so excited. I opened the box there was 2 ice packs still frozen inside. So far so good. Opened it up and to my surprise it had a birthday cake yay...and a Father's Day dozen strawberries ....What????? I am his Mom, it's my birthday. I don't get it. I sent pictures to my son. They are not happy. I called the company and the call center is outsour... read more

It was my first time ordering from Shari’s Berries for Father’s Day. I’m an active military member so I couldn’t be home to celebrate with my parents. I ordered a dozen strawberries with dipped cheesecake trio on June 14th and it got to my house which is in NJ all the way from San Diego in ONE DAY!! My parents loved it and said they were packed very nicely with ice bags. Even though I wasn’t there to taste, I appreciated these eye candies haha. Thank you so much for a very quick delivery and pretty strawberries!
