Although Dr Jones appears very caring, I had labs drawn on December 19th, and even though my hemoglobin, hematocrit and red blood cell count were low, I never received a call from her office. It has been over a month. I called and left a message, but I still haven't received a call. The values are not critical, but I feel like I should have been notified. Great doctor. Really listens and worked hard to make sure I was taking care. My only complaint is my fault. I missed 2 doctor appointment after having my son in March and I was fired. So they have a strict policy. He was in the NICU so my focus was on him and all his specialist. My days ran together. I wish I would of got reminder texts. I even asked for them when I realized I needed help keeping up. I don't delete texts so I can prove nothing was sent. This was my first visit to a hematologist/oncologist so I was naturally a little nervous. I was so impressed with the kindness and efficiency of everybody I met in this office. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. This was literally the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had!
Dr. Shari has my trust! Loved her personality and I felt heard. I didn't feel like she was trying to rush out of the room. Her personality made me feel at ease. I would recommend her to anyone needing a doctor in her profession. She is a smart cookie, and you will be in good hands in her care. 💜
Dr Jones, Jennifer, Laura, Jenny, Rachel, Melinda, Linda, Makayla, and all the office staff are awesome! They have made my cancer treatment so much easier for me. I can’t thank them enough. I have received the best care!
