Be cautious, you will be billed for a second visit during a preventative if you do not ask “is this question related to my preventative care?” You are legally allowed to ask this and unfortunately due to questionable billing practices you have to on any and every question they ask.
She’s the best! Very thorough
Dr, Chang has always been very polite, very caring and listens to what I say. She is on a schedule due to Cox policy. Most healthcare is that way. I found staff and Dr. Chang very cooperative, reasonable and caring.
Today was my first appointment with Dr. Chang as my new PCP. I was very impressed and pleased with my experience and interaction with she and her team. She was very thorough with the information relayed and walked me through all aspects of what she wanted provide to me in my healthcare regimen and routine. I look forward to working with her in the future.
She doesn't really care about anything but her job. I was supposed to get a wellness annual exam to receive a incentive 100 gift card and she screwed up the infro. When I tried to contact her office this morning I was hung up on 5x!! She's very unpleasant, unconcerned, and evasive. I wouldn't recommend her to ANYONE. She's very disrespectful and truly unconcerned about patient's. Don't waste your time with her.
