My contact in your office Jim Ward is very congenial and looks sincere in helping me look for good tenants for my Bradford apartments. However, for some reason, my vacancy since august 2024 has not been filled up and the situation is quite unnerving because I rely on my units for my operations! I believe my rents are competitive, my location is great, and my amenities (I.e. free heater) are big savings to tenants! I’m really at a loss on an explanation!

I only have one complaint and that is actually directed to me! I wish I had come to you much much sooner instead of managing 808 Circle Court myself.
