The Sharevest team has been wonderful. They have helped me manage a duplex for a number of years now very efficiently, then this year stepped in to help me manage two additional units that came into my control following a family death. They have been a great team, helping figure out the logistics initially and then when we decided to sell the units. It was so helpful in a stressful situation to have professionals providing me great advice and management skills. I highly recommend Sharevest!
Everything in the review might be wrong. I was in a search for a property management to manange some of my properties here in the Bay Area. I didn’t even get to inquire or even introduce myself. The person who answered my call never gave her name and didn’t even let schedule and appointment with property management. It look in the internet that their business was still open at 5:30pm on a Friday so I called. Professional service; good job finding and screening tenants; very capable with repairs.-gets them done timely, stays in good contact. One concern: when the agent we worked with all the time and who initially signed us on and found our renter left-we were not notified and that does not seem professional as they are in other ways
