Let me 1st start off by saying, the Office Manager, KATHY GUIBARA, is EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! She seriously needs to learn how to speak respectfully to PAID TENANTS. There’s NO REASON for this lady to be so dang rude. I called regarding the assistance of disposing a deep freezer as an apartment tenant since Recology specifically informed me that I had to go through the Property Management to get this disposed of & pay via them.
