Have been trying to get a HELOC since the beginning of November, but 5/3 Bank, who my mortgage is through, completely held me up. Athena at Sharefax worked tirelessly to get the paperwork I needed from 5/3 Bank to get my HELOC approved. Finally got to sign paperwork after 3 months. I can't thank Athena enough for all of the help she provided.
