Lots of network errors, they can’t keep up with there user demand. Instead they run cheap software.
Associate NICK messed up my account again. She was supposed to unlock my credit card so I could make payments on it. She said she did. I talked to her supervisor about her poor service. Now it's Monday and it turns out she didn't even do what they said they would do even when I spoke to her super. So, now I'm back on hold, looking like it's going to be ANOTHER 30 MINUTE PHONE CALL. When the bank made the switch to the new app it left myself and many many others without acess to our accounts for weeks. You can see the comments on their fb page unless they scrubbed it clean. The bankers don't know how the new app works. There's so many flaws I cannot list them all. Because i did not have access to my account, being unable to deposit money, they charged me $300 in over draft fees. They've refunded me the fees but it took 3 phone calls and several emails. Horrible. Just horrible. They decided to update their software, over the weekend, at the ned of the month. Come Monday, people reporting they cant sign in to their accounts and multiple/duplicate charges showing up on people accounts. They blew me off for three days straight. I called them three days in a row, with a CSR telling me someone would call me back within 24 hours.. They never called.. Id feel safer keeping my money under my mattress. I couldnt get into my account online for two weeks!
