I canceled this service and have been charged for 6 months. They do not have a great cancelation process. Terrible customer service. Whenever I reach out to get a refund for unused service I get no response. I love supporting Christian businesses, but they need to do a major revamp of their system.

Tried to cancel my membership only to be charged another year. Their technology is not user friendly and is difficult to navigate.

just horrible! please get a better customer care person, your website is totally unfriendly and forces you to commit financially even before you are ready! emails are automated so no response! just bad experience !

I signed up and canceled and they've charged me for two months since. Seems to be a consistent them. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I signed up for the "free trial."

We had phoned ShareFaith three months in a row cancelling our subscription, never to get a response from them, except to take another payment on our credit card on file. I definitely would NOT recommend using their program, not because it wasn't good material, but because their customer service is very lacking.
