Please avoid this company! We had signed a contract for 3 months in Manhattan and were supposed to pay 2 rents and 1 deposit in advance. In the end, our booking was canceled 2 weeks before departure from Germany to New York because the greedy management had overbooked the apartment. With an additional payment, the booking was supposedly restored for 2.5 months. We had to look for an AirBnB for the first 3 weeks in January (also the expensive time around New Year's Eve!) and pay extra. As a result, we never got the apartment ... read more

Make sure to see ur room and the surrounding conditions before moving in. They will never let you know that ur room is right next to the door building and you will be suffering and getting bothered whenever anyone enters the building just because of the building door buzzer. They will offer you the option to relocate when it’s too late. Their customer service has been excellent. Charles has been very helpful and responsive to all questions I have asked in an extremely timely manner. Jose was also very helpful in offering me a FaceTime tour. Their pricing was excellent, and their facilities appeared to be very nice.
