I was assigned a worker upon leaving a nursing home in March 2016. The worker proved to be unreliable as she would make excuses to not show up for work or would often arrive late. She would also clean my apartment by her standards not per my request. Once when signing her timesheet I made a critique in the comments section and the worker went ballistic on me stating I was "messing with her paycheck" and to just sign the timesheet.
