Once again Jerry saves us! Purchased a laptop and just as it went out of warranty it became unusable...black screen, wouldn't come up and run. I spent a week contacting Best Buy (where it was purchased) and Lenovo (who produced it) and got NOTHING! The fixes they offered I had already run through myself. I took the laptop to Jerry, and he had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. The best thing is I can write this review on the laptop Best Buy and Lenovo turned their back on. Thanks Jerry!!
When I have computer problems I immediately think “CALL JERRY” of Shared Knowledge Technical Solutions. In the 20-years I have known Jerry, no problem is too big that Jerry cannot whip down to a manageable size to fix.
