I called the clinic today on March 2, 2026, at 3:14 PM to return a voicemail I had received. Upon answering the call, the receptionist I spoke with simply said, “Ultrasound.” as an introduction. That is fine. However, as I began explaining the reason for my call, the receptionist abruptly interrupted me to ask for my date of birth before I had even finished my sentence. It was a very frustrating experience. I showed up for my appointment, only to be informed it was supposed to be at the hospital. When I contacted the hospital, they asked me to reschedule. I adjusted my plans, only to be disappointed. I'm highly dissatisfied with their service.
No complaints. Everyone was kind, patient, and helpful.
Not good experience. I was asked whether I would want my baby’s gender but they did not share the gender in the report sent to my gynaec and now when my gynaec requested for the baby’s gender,they are taking too long to respond.
Liked the services here 👍 So efficient if you come on your scheduled time.
