We have had 2 shared care nurses. The first one, Pat, may have saved my husband's life by advising me to take him to the emergency room when I didn't know what to do. The second one, Emily, walked us through his special post surgery needs. She had all the tips and tricks we needed to succeed. Both were so knowledgeable and kind hearted.
Excellent home care service. The team was professional, attentive, and thorough.
I have worked with six different direct contact staff in over two years, and everyone has been excellent - thorough, attentive and friendly. The management has also been reliable and easy to work with, for scheduling and discussing my needs. The rating is one to five and I have given five stars. I would give ten stars if I could!
