I am still talking about the amazing job that Kathy and her team put together for us this past weekend!! It was beyond our wildest dreams. We hosted 50 people at our home and the presentation and quality of food was just beyond. Our friends couldn’t get over the layers, attention to detail and taste. There was more than enough food and everyone got to taste everything- it was just over the top amazing! Can’t wait to work with Kathy and the Sharecuterie team again!! Thank you!!!
We have used Sharecuterie many times for various events. We have always been extremely happy with the boards we have gotten. Always fresh delicious food! I took the charcuterie class last week. It was a very fun and relaxing evening. We experienced some delicious new taste pairings and learned several ways of presenting various cheeses and meats. Plus we left with our own charcuterie board creations! So glad Kathy offers this fun event! I feel better prepared for hosting!
Kathly, owner, taught our "Art of Charcuterie" class. Perfect “mise en place” setup for building our board, which turned out not to be a board but a disposable 10"x10"bamboo plate that may be reused once. So, the medium board that was advertised in the description on their website is now a “Grazing Box” for $75 per person class. Kathy made a BEAUTIFUL grazing board that was perfect for my baby shower. She even made it into a Valentine’s Day theme with flowers and cookies, which was perfect! She arrived right on time and assembled the table quickly. Everything on the table was delicious and all my guests LOVED it. Highly recommend for any party or event.
