Had a very pleasant experience at Share The Light. I was hesitant to attend therapy because of my preconceived conception of what it was and it honestly pleasantly surprised me. Each session I felt more and more comfortable exploring my anxiety and not feeling so ashamed to talk about it. I learned important coping skills and “rewiring” techniques, all the while having it connected back to God’s word. If you’re on the fence, take the leap and start therapy; I promise it’s not as scary as it may seem.
