I've been attending since it's inception and I have by far had the most amazing experience with both Dolly and Yma. Currently seeing Yma who is incredibly amazing at making me feel comfortable and free. I can be open, honest and never feel judged. I fully trust her with every bit of my thoughts even those that I struggle with. Yma is the best therapist I have ever had, and I have had MANY. Her ability to listen and provide insight is unmatched. I have never had a therapist understand me so in depth and so compassionately. She has disarmed me and made me feel comfortable processing things I find unbearable. She is also a real human being who shares her human experiences as they relate to her clients. This creates a space of acceptance and non-judgement. She is a wonderful woman. Go see her!!!

All of SHARE has been incredible in my care. My therapist Yma has been amazing at helping me sort thru my traumas using EMDR, she is very knowledgeable in her work, her empathy skills are A1 and has created a safe space for me to navigate through my trauma. Thanks to her help, I am becoming mentally better. Therapists Yma for EMDR and Dolly for CBT are the two therapists I have seen at this practice throughout the years and both are amazing in their work. I ALWAYS recommend SHARE to anyone seeking therapy! Love them.
