Dr. Goral Patel was kind with my teeth and my heart. I’ve had very bad experiences in the past with other dentists. I haven’t been able to chew on side of my mouth for 7 months and my last dentist at another facility took an x-ray and saw ‘nothing’. So I switched to dr. Goral Patel and even though an initial x-ray was taken, once I told her about my problems she took a detailed x-ray of that one tooth and found that I had an Infection. This dental office has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I do not feel comfortable recommending Dr.Patel or this practice after my experience. I feel that the work done on my teeth was not done properly and has caused me serious concerns about my dental health. I have concerns that procedures were recommended that I may not have needed, including discussions about root canals, and I feel patients should always get a second opinion before agreeing to major dental work. Very disappointing experience with Dr. Patel. Took my 78 year old mother to have dentures made a few months ago. Before they evaluated/measured her for dentures, the dentist insisted on doing a cleaning. After cleaning, he said one tooth needed to be extracted and another needed a root canal. Today after waiting in the clinic for almost an hour, while my mother's anxiety levels kept building, Dr Patel just wrote her a script to go see an Oral surgeon as the insurance had denied the root canal.
