Two weeks ago at my husband's very first appointment with Dr. Sharam Danesh was the day from hell. One star is too generous. Abrupt, rushed, heavy hand, careless - never examined my husband's eyes after dilation. Lesson learned - We should have done a deep dive researching this doctor before scheduling the appointment as there are several negative experiences shared online. My husband's eyes are not doing well since Dr. Sharam Danesh treated my husband. Recovery will takes weeks.
I was visiting AZ for a cataract surgery consult from out of state- My surgeon suspected a retina detachment and Dr Danesh was kind enough to work me into his schedule the very next day to assess it. Dr. Danesh was outstanding in his diagnosis, treatment, and follow up care of my vision. I was terrified of losing my sight due to a retinal detachment and his calm professional demeanor put me immediately at ease. The procedure was smooth, the results perfect. I could not be happier with the entire event. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Danesh and his team, they made a very scary situation easier to get through and resolved it to my complete satisfaction.
I was referred to Dr. Danesh from one of his colleagues for the removal of an epiretinal membrane.My vision was constantly distorted and blurred due to the membrane covering the retina. The only solution for this is surgical removal. I felt I was in very capable hands and with someone who has a high level of surgical skill. Following the healing, it was such a relief not seeing blurred vision daily. I would definitely recommend Dr. Danesh when you are considering invasive eye surgery.
