Had a microdiscectomy on my l5-S1 that went incredibly well. Everyone at BNSA was extremely nice to work with and helped me get my life back faster than I thought was possible.
Every staff member is very professional and kind. We thank them for their incredible services! A special thanks to Dr. Rajpal and Jenny the PA. You guys are awesome.
Trent was personable and informative. Took time with me to answer my questions and explain my status and progression. Dr Rajpal was supportive and encouraging. Both lift my spirits. Brittany was also great.
The three surgeries were necessary for me to. Lead a fairly normal life. Dr Rajpal was able to give me the necessary attention and professional expertise to correct my back issues. He preformed three surgeries and I now am free of back pain. And able to enjoy life again. I had the least possible amount of wait time before the surgeries.
Everything and everyone was wonderful with my back surgery and all my follow up so far.
The Dr explained my condition, surgery required, treatment and required follow-up. The information he provided was in terms I can understand. I was given opportunity to ask questions and did fell rushed or pressured. His confident manner greatly reduced anxiety for both myself and wife. The results of the surgery were remarkable. I had very little pain after the procedure and did not require pain medication after release.
Excellent, I feel really good. I had great care from Dr Rajpal and his staff.
I had a herniated disc (L5/S1) that was pushing on the nerve so severely that I had constant pain and leg weakness. I had to spend several nights “sleeping” on a stool in my kitchen as it was the spot where my pain was a bit reduced. Dr Rajpal agreed to see me first thing Monday morning after my long weekend and his staff worked wonders to get me in surgery by Tuesday. The surgery went well and I can sleep in my own bed again. I do have some numbness in my leg, but have been told that is normal and will get better with time.
I feel very well taken care of. All my questions listened to and answered and taken with care and concern. This team demonstrates and gives me confidence with their knowledge and caring nature.
