Beautiful Bridal Trial – Two of my friends used Shara as their makeup artist for their weddings last year, and so I knew I had to book a trial! Also, I heard her name through another friend's recommendation. When, you hear someone's name a few times, you know she's gotta be great! AND SHE MOST CERTAINLY IS! One word: AMAZING! – I'd been hearing from a few friends about Shara (she did their weddings), and then found her reviews on Yelp. Yesterday was my makeup lesson. Words cannot describe how talented I think Shara is. She has a beautiful place on the UES, is an incredible makeup artist, and her "bedside manner" is the best I've found in NYC. Awesome makeup lesson! – I googled for hours and hours looking for a great makeup lesson. I'm SO glad I found Shara. She was well worth all of my research. Some background on me: I'm in my 30s, not exactly a makeup junkie (but love all things beauty), and a NYer for 17 years. I've been to what seems like every counter in Bloomingdales, Saks, Lord and Taylor, Sephora to learn some pro tips for applying makeup. Wedding Makeup! – Shara! I just wanted to say thank you for an amazing job on my makeup at the wedding. I felt absolutely beautiful and looked flawless throughout the night. My mother and maid of honor were so pleased with their makeup and honestly, they never looked better! Everyone at the wedding was complimenting our makeup! Shara is a wonderful teacher of makeup! We learned so much! – I've been looking for a makeup lesson to teach me the colors I should be using, and some tips for every day application. I thought it would be fun to bring my Mom with me, so we could both have a lesson. The first thing I loved was when I received an email back within 10 minutes. Not just a good, but an AMAAAAAZING makeup lesson – Wow, two days later and I am so happy I had a professional makeup lesson with Shara. I am a NYer in my mid 30s. Last minute WONDERS! – I could not have been LUCKIER when I called this morning for a last minute appointment for TODAY! I woke up in a bit of a funk and had an important lunch meeting. I've always been afraid of makeup artists making me look ultra dramatic, but Shara did amazing makeup! Glowy, soft smoky colors, PERFECT blending. I FELT AMAZING. Very happy with Shara – I called Shara a few weeks ago after an internet search directed me towards her business. My daughter Samantha is having her Bat Mitzvah at the end of the month, and Shara will be doing makeup for my three daughters, my mother, and myself.
