Dr. Shapiro and his staff continue to impress me. Their warmth, efficiency and attention to detail are second to none. I have referred many friends to Dr. Shapiro and will continue to do so!
Dr. Shapiro is not a nice guy. I just got a call from my wife who took our two sons for an adjustment of braces, she was crying after he: 1) performed an unnecessarily painful temporary fix to my son's broken bracket without asking us/offering options. 2) told us we could no longer be patients; which was pointless because we would not have gone back anyway. My wife is a reasonable, rational person, and Dr. Shapiro clearly made her very upset. He ruined not only her day, but likely her week
