These guys were awesome, i needed a broken window fixed asap and called the Jesse Shapiro and James Glass. They came by measured for a replacement thermal glass and had it fixed a couple of days later. Great price and great service.
It was a pleasure dealing with Shapiro Glass! They responded promptly to all of my emails and were very knowledgeable. More important to me than a fair price (which they were fairly priced as I had other companies quote me) was the fact that I can rely on them, especially when taking a day off of work! Initially I used them for a frameless shower enclosure (which looks awesome), but, just recently used them again to replace a couple of Windows in my town house.
