Shapes is amazing!! I love this gym. The instructors are fantastic and encouraging and give great classes. I am in the best shape since high school! The staff is friendly and always helpful! Love it!!

The staff is wonderful...but their corporate office sucks! Never again would I sign another contract with this company!
I enjoy going to Shapes, the staff and new friends I've made there make it all worth while... besides the weight (fat) loss and muscle gain. (lol)
