In addition to a host of cardio & weight training machines we also have an extensive selection of "free weights" available. Unlike some other gyms, there are no restrictions as to individuals' type of exercise. In other words, YES, you may do squats and YES, you may "grunt" without being reprimanded via the shrilling siren sound referred to as "lunk alarm" used by a certain fitness center. We do, however (like all gyms) frown upon slamming or dropping weights. So, join the family here at Shapes to Come.

I belonged to this gym for a pretty long time, mostly for convenience since it was closest to my house.... I have been trying to cancel my membership for months now....6 months ago I put my membership on hold for medical reasons. They never put my account on hold I was still being charged, over a month ago I stopped in to cancel my membership all together, they never canceled my membership and charged me an extra $29 additional. Very deceptive and shady company. They change rules weekly and think that if they post it on a piece of paper on the front desk that its ok. It does not matter what you agree on when you join they will get every last cent out of you they can and be as rude as possible in the process. Avoid this gym and go to a more respectable-professional one.
This place is falling apart and incredibly dirty. Don't sign a contract since it is likely they will be closing soon and you will owe money to a gym You can't use. As a woman I was terrified by two muscle heads screaming and throwing weights. While I was doing squats they hit on me and made comments about my body. They were gross and had terrible acne.
Small but nice place Open 24 hrs Monday-Saturday closing at 6pm Sunday 8:00-6:00 If your looking for a glorified hang out, this is not it!
